Order Processing
• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed on business days before 16:00 CET are processed and shipped the same day.
• Order Details: Double-check your order information before completing checkout. Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify any details.
• Incomplete Addresses: Orders without a complete delivery address will be processed as returns and refunded.

Netherlands (Domestic)
• Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping Costs: €7,95 for orders up to €50,00; free for orders over €50,00
Belgium
• Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping Costs: €9,95 for orders up to €50,00; free for orders over €50,00
Other EU Countries
(including Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, and Spain)
• Delivery Time: 2–4 business days
• Shipping Costs: €10,00 flat rate; free for orders over €50,00
Additional Shipping Details
• Fulfillment Location: All orders ship from our facility at De Bleek 37, 5801 MC Venray, Netherlands.
• Import Duties: All prices include EU import duties—no additional charges upon delivery.
• Order Dispatch: We aim to ship orders by the next business day at the latest.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with track & trace details.
• Missed Delivery: If you’re not home to receive your package, the carrier may attempt delivery again or redirect your package to a nearby pickup point. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and refunded.
