2. Packaging

Ensure that the items are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging.

3. Shipping

Send the package back via Post NL. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

4. Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 7 working days.

 

Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

 

Processing Time
